Standard Warranty

The warranty period is 12 months from the date of qualified equipment debugging. During the warranty period, we provide free replacement parts and technical support for any malfunctions caused by manufacturing or material quality issues.

Description of vulnerable parts

Lining plates, screens, bearings, V-belts, seals, and other components are normal wear and tear parts and are not covered by warranty. But we provide original genuine accessories at reasonable prices to ensure that the equipment performance remains the same as before.

Quick response

During the warranty period, we will respond within 2 hours upon receiving a repair request and arrive at the site (domestically) within 48 hours. /Technicians can arrive on site within 72 hours (depending on the specific location).
