Once on site, the customer explained the problem. The discharge chute on their existing screen kept getting clogged, with material constantly building up – seriously hurting production efficiency. All they had was a rough sketch with basic outer dimensions and interface locations. No structural details. No process information. Nothing they could actually use to manufacture a solution. They needed a strong, technically capable supplier with real mechanical design expertise for rock crushing and screen equipment – someone who could take that sketch, develop a full engineering design, produce manufacturing-ready drawings, ensure seamless fit with their existing screen, and improve material flow so clogging stops being an issue.
